Hi, I’m Alex, and I’ve been head of the puddle hunting brigade since our son was born in 2020. Since then, it’s been my mission to document all of our adventures. Now, he has a little sister, and I’m so excited for her to join us in our adventures. Becoming a dad has given me a new found appreciation for the world; everywhere I look I see adventures and I can’t get enough of it.

I am a photographer because I love capturing the feeling of a moment, documenting the everyday and making it special. Being a photographer allows me to capture the everyday moments and turn them into memories.

My style of photography is up close and personal documentary. I love getting down on the ground, at their eye level, documenting the world and experiences from a child’s perspective. I’m no afraid of getting splashed, muddy,  or crawling through a playground to get the perfect shot.

I love to photograph children because there’s so much joy in their life. Every moment is filled with exploration, adventure, curiosity and fearless ambition.
